Our Story

Hi, I am Shermaine, Owner of Oliveia Desir.

I remember back mid 2019 my daughter looked at me and asked to start a business. She wanted something that we could do together. It's not something she's never said before...even as a toddler watching me sell Mary Kay and Gift Baskets & Arrangements. So I was too excited and knew I had to get started.

Here was the catch, she didn't want to sell something for another established company, she wanted something of our own! So from there I started talking and teaching her about "legacies" and what it entails. Our family company was birthed in that conversation. 

This name pays tribute to my father Oliver whom I am named after Oliveia and his mother, my late grandmother Pernita Desir of St. Lucia.
